Returns & Refunds
Our main aim is for you to love your Beachbelle but we understand that sometimes things can happen and we're happy to offer returns & exchanges on full priced items.
Cash refunds will not be honored. Any refund, will be made in store credit to be used on our website.
Here's just a few conditions to make your return smooth:
The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery
The item intended for return is unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging
Swimwear has been tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons
The item was not purchased on sale
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- No cash refunds; only in cases the item is faulty or damaged
- Buyer needs to cover the cost of return shipping of AED25
- No refunds on sale items
This can also be used as an exchange service should you wish to use your store credit to purchase a different size or colour in the same style however this is subject to availability of your desired piece/s.
To start a return, you can contact us via Instagram or on email@example.com with your order number and the details of the product/s you would like to return. We will get back to you within 48 hours and if the return is accepted, will share the necessary steps depending on your location.
Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used as you please.
